the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Rollins Machinery Ltd. ( the “Supplier”) for the following::
The unit is selected based on its design, build and horsepower providing utility for various operations, including, but not limited to snow plowing, pressure washing, mowing and its maneuverability in between bike lanes and sidewalks. Value-added features such as multiple cameras for improved visibility and immediate availability from the Supplier are also beneficial to the City’s operation. Any Respondents that still wish to object to this decision they should email their objection to the attention of Alec Chan, Procurement Services, at https://abbotsford.bidsandtenders.ca by August 29, 2024 no later than 2:00 p.m. local time. |
