This RFP is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the investigation, design, tendering support, and contract administration for the trenchless replacement of the culverts for Gill Creek under Gladys Avenue, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is expected to commence immediately following contract award in October 2024 and ends in December 2025.
