1. BACKGROUND The City of Abbotsford (the “City”) owns, maintains, and operates a fleet of more than 600 vehicles serving City departments, including Police, Fire, Public Works, and Airport operations. The City is seeking a qualified and experienced Service Provider to deliver professional fleet vehicle washing and detailing services to support the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of these vehicles. 2. SCOPE OF WORK The Service Provider shall furnish all labour, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, chemicals, personal protective equipment, and transportation necessary to provide fleet vehicle washing and detailing services. Services may include passenger vehicles, police patrol units, light- and medium-duty trucks, vans, and specialty or emergency vehicles. |
