This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for King Rd/Lefeuvre Rd – Traffic Signal, Intersection Improvements & Huntingdon/Townline - Rural Overhead Flashing Beacon - Engineering Consulting Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The study area for this assignment includes the following intersections and associated improvements:

  • King Rd & Lefeuvre Rd (Traffic signal, dedicated left-turn bays)
  • Huntingdon Rd & Townline Rd (Rural overhead flashing beacons)
