The purpose of this Request for Pre‑Qualification (RFPQ) is to solicit Responses from qualified Respondents—authorized automobile dealerships — to support the City and Abbotsford Police Department (AbbyPD) with its renewal and replacement procurement, warranty and non‑warranty maintenance, and repair services as required. The subsequent preferred dealers agreements will be for the supply of Police Pursuit Rated SUVs, and pickup trucks for the term of the agreement.

This RFPQ may result in multiple supply agreements with authorized dealers that collectively provide the best overall value to the City.
