The purpose of this RFQ is to award an agreement for the supply of up to twenty (20) medium duty pick up trucks and cab & chassis. Proponents are to provide their cost from the manufacturer, less holdbacks, and submit their dealer mark-up/fee to be charged on all orders for each vehicle model. Proponent’s cost is subject to verification by the City. Quantities will be determined at the preference of the City, including the opportunity to place further orders with various equipment options, with the Proponent. If the City elects to extend the Agreement, a request is to be issued to the awarded Proponent of the Fleet Standard Model to confirm pricing and dealer mark-up/fee for each year the Agreement may be extended.
