This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide services for the Arena Development & Operations Project (Two or More Ice Sheets) as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

This RFPQ is being issued to commence the first stage of a two-stage procurement process for the Arena Development & Operations Project (Two or More Ice Sheets) (the “Project”).  The City is requesting Information to identify qualified parties who are experienced in the development and/or operation of a building to accommodate the community’s need for access to indoor ice and associated arena amenities.
