This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to pre-qualify Engineering Consultants specializing in ground water treatment, hydrogeology and water distribution. Pre-Qualified Proponents will be invited to participate in a subsequent competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure engineering services for the Eastern Wellfield Feasibility Study.
