This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the supply of all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to manage the handling and beneficial use of Class "B" Biosolids generated by the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant ("JAMES” Plant) in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements of all levels of government and regulatory agencies, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Term of the Agreement will be (5) years from January 01, 2025 to December 31, 2029 with (2) two, (1) one year options to renew by mutual agreement. |
