This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Trenchless Cured in Place (CIPP) Point Repairs of Sanitary Sewers 2023, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). All trenchless CIPP Point Repairs are to be designed by an EGBC Engineer on behalf of the Contractor and manufactured, delivered, installed, inspected and tested in accordance with ASTM standards and the City of Abbotsford Bylaws. The work is located throughout the City and includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following:
