The City of Abbotsford (the “City”) wishes to retain a Contractor to clean concrete storm water detention structures and their flow control devices located in Abbotsford, BC (the “Services”), as shown in Table 1 within this scope of services. 

Tanks are to be cleaned on a rotating basis depending on priority determined by previous inspections. The City reserves the right to add or remove tanks from this list, or to reorder the list as needed to stay within its approved annual budget. 

Utilizing its proven expertise and experience in cleaning tanks the successful Contractor will be expected to work with City staff to develop a cleaning schedule that will stay within the approved annual budget while maximizing the annual cleaning being performed and reported.

The successful Contractor will be awarded an agreement for an initial three (3) year term, with an additional two (2), One (1) option to renew upon mutual agreement in writing by both parties.
