This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of labour, equipment, and materials to complete the relining and grouting of Essendene storm tunnel, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is expected to commence following contract award in April 2024. Instream work is to occur between August 1 and September 15, 2024. |
