This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Swensson Park Shelter - Prefabricated Shelter - Supply & Installation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The City of Abbotsford is requesting proposals from a professional, qualified and experienced company to furnish all services, materials, labour, equipment and operations for supply and installation of a prefabricated shelter, with concrete base, appropriate footings, and retrofitting landscape, including pathways, planting and site furniture within a specified area of Swensson Park. 

Completing the new shelter by or before August 30, 2024 is critical for this project.
