This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for construction services of the storm water diversion and new storm pipe conveyance system, approximately – 365m length, 375mm diameter PVC pipe along Guilford Drive to Marshall Road, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B).
