This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford  to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 31100 Wheel Avenue  – Sewer Upgrade , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

Construction is expected to commence in June 2026 and be completed by August 2026.
