This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for City of Abbotsford – Enterprise Phone System Replacement (Microsoft Teams Operator Connect), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). This RFP is a continuation of the previous RFP 1220-2025-3611 which was cancelled in June 2025 in order to develop a more detailed set of requirements in the scope of work. The successful proponent (the “Contractor”) shall provide comprehensive implementation, training, and ongoing support services for Microsoft Teams Operator Connect. The term of the contract is for a period of five years, with an optional extension of two 2-years period, by mutual agreement.
