The City of Abbotsford (“COA”) requires the provision of professional services for our Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP), including support for short-term counselling, critical incident response, member well-being promotion, manager/leader training, and reporting that informs our wellness strategy. COA’s EFAP supports work, health and life concerns that may affect both productivity on the job, as well as general well-being, if not addressed in a timely manner. COA’s intent is to find the best possible service provider, and to ensure that COA has an EFAP that meets the needs of the employer, employees, and their partners/spouses/dependents now and into the future. This portion of the RFP process is for shortlisted proponents to submit their (BAFO) Best and Final Offer. |
