This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to pre-qualify Engineering Consultants to conduct a seismic vulnerability study for the water supply and sanitary collection systems serving the communities of Abbotsford and Mission, and to develop a Seismic Mitigation Strategy. Pre-Qualified Proponents will be invited to participate in a subsequent competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure engineering services for the necessary project investigations to select a conceptual solution and to provide a preliminary design.
