This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Mill Lake Pathway Lighting – Supply and Installation, as further described in the RFP Construction is expected to commence on July 6, 2026 and be completed by September 30t, 2026. An optional site meeting will be held on May 25, 2026 11:00am local time at Mill Lake Park (Reporting Location for Meeting: Mill Lake Boat Launch Parking Lot, Mill Lake Rd). Proponents are requested to confirm their attendance by emailing purchasing@abbotsford.ca before 4:00pm, May 24, 2026 referencing “RFP 1220-2026-4132 –Mill Lake Pathway Lighting Supply and Installation- Confirmation of Site Meeting Attendance - “Your Company Name”” in the subject line and providing the names of attendees. Hard safety helmet, steel toe safety boots, and high visibility vest must be worn during the site visit.
