The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit qualified vendors to design, manufacture, and deliver a fully finished Community Outreach Trailer that meets the technical specifications outlined in this document. The trailer will serve as a mobile platform for community engagement and must be durable, weather‑resistant, and compliant with all relevant safety and regulatory standards. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labour, materials, equipment, and processes required to complete the work. The approved budget for this project is $123,000 Cdn plus applicable taxes. |
