This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford  to prospective proponents to submit proposals for work on the Joint Abbotsford Mission Environmental System (JAMES)  Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) west lagoon for sludge removal, sludge screening, sludge dewatering, stabilization of the dewatered sludge through the addition of lime, stockpiling, loading, hauling, and off site disposal and management of the Class B biosolids that will be produced after lime stabilization.
