Engineering consulting services for TF #2 cell #1 media replacement. includes design and contract admin. This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 1220-2023-3047 - James WWTP - TF #2 Cell #1 Media Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the contract is expected to commence in December 2023 and end October 2024
