This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Abbotsford Mission Water Sewer Commission (“AMWSC”) Transmission Watermain Appurtenances Condition Assessment including joint water air valves, line valve chambers, and blowdowns, as further described in the RFP.
