This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Mount Lehman Road at Downes Road – Intersection Improvement, as further described in Section A of the RFP documents. Work for the project is expected to commence on September 28, 2026 and be completed by November 2026. Substantial performance of the project is 40 working days.
