This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Abbotsford Recreation Centre – Heat Recovery Project (HeRO) – Construction Management Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The project has received federal grant funding and is subject to several grant requirements. The project must meet substantial completion before September 30, 2025. |
