This Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide City of Abbotsford – New Water Source Project – Engineering Consulting Services as further described in Section A of the RFPQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). This RFPQ is being issued to commence the first stage of a two-stage procurement process for the City of Abbotsford – New Water Source Project – Engineering Consulting Services (the “Project”). The City is requesting Information to identify experienced and qualified Engineering Consultants. |
