This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Barrowtown Pump Station – Existing Station Condition Assessment – Engineering Services. The scope of work includes but is not limited to investigation, condition assessment, and recommendations for the Barrowtown Pump Station (“BPS”) pump isolation structures, located at 40198 Quadling Road, Abbotsford, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
