This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Westridge Park Landscape Civil Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). 

The consultant team must be led by a registered landscape architect with demonstrated experience in leading similar scale and complexity park development projects, and include professionals in the following disciplines: landscape architecture, civil engineering, geotechnical and structural engineering. 

The intent for this project is to select a qualified professional firm to:

• Develop a concept plan and detailed design for Westridge Park – 30978 Westridge Place, and to redesign the interface and access to that parcel from the adjacent park on the south -Townline Hill Park;
• Provide construction contract administration services to enable the successful development of the new park and enhanced connection(s) to the adjacent park.
