Description: 

The tender scope is for decommissioning of 2 inactive reservoirs on the Ledgeview Golf Course property + installation of a new water service line to feed the Ledgeview irrigation system.

Construction is expected to commence on November 17, 2025 with substantial performance of the work within 30 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed or before January 31, 2026.
